Kira Cauley RDN, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Holistic Weight Loss Coach and owner and founder of LifeThyme Vitality Coaching, as well as mother and wife. Kira has always had a passion for holistic wellness. Using her years of experience as a dietitian in fields including diabetes self-management, bariatrics, and weight management, Kira has created a program that eliminates the struggle of consistent and sustainable weight loss.
